Providing psychotherapy under the supervision of Avi Miodownik, Psy.D., Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
I received my Ph.D. from Long Island University – Brooklyn and am a Postdoctoral Fellow in Clinical Psychology providing psychotherapy under the supervision of Avi Miodownik, Psy.D.
I take an integrative approach to treatment, drawing from a range of different modalities — including psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, and cognitive processing therapy — to personalize care for each individual. I often work from an attachment-based framework and believe that a strong, trusting connection between therapist and patient is foundational to meaningful therapeutic work.
I have worked with individuals experiencing a wide array of presenting concerns, including trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, eating-related issues, depression, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, and forms of psychosis. I completed my APA-accredited doctoral internship at the New York Harbor VA Medical Center – Brooklyn Campus and have served diverse populations across settings such as Bronx Psychiatric Center, Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, and Long Island University Brooklyn's Psychological Services Center.
My goal is to offer a warm, non-judgmental space where patients can feel supported and truly seen. In my spare time, I am highly involved in animal rescue and enjoy trying new restaurants in New York City.
