Therapy for adults navigating the moments when life stops making sense. A space built entirely around you — your history, your patterns, your goals.
Individual therapy is a space built entirely around you — your history, your patterns, your goals. We meet regularly, and over time, that consistency becomes its own kind of container for real change.
People come to individual therapy for many reasons: a relationship that ended, a career that stopped making sense, anxiety that won't quiet, grief that has nowhere to go, or simply the sense that something important has shifted and they don't know what to do with it.
My approach is psychodynamically grounded — I'm interested in where patterns come from, how they show up in your current life, and what's underneath them. I draw on CBT, ACT, and other evidence-based methods as well, adapting to what actually fits the person in front of me.
