For individuals, couples, and groups - in person and via telehealth.
Therapy for adults navigating the moments when life stops making sense. A space built entirely around you - your history, your patterns, your goals.
People come to individual therapy for many reasons: a relationship that ended, burnout or a career that no longer fits, anxiety that won't quiet, grief that has nowhere to go, or the sense that something important has shifted and they don't know what to do with it.
For couples at any stage - early ruptures, longstanding patterns, major transitions, or a quiet distance that neither person chose.
Many couples come in because something has shifted - they feel more like roommates than partners, or they're in a transition that's putting real pressure on the relationship: a new baby, a job loss, a health diagnosis, children leaving home, retirement. Some come in because things are mostly okay, and they want them to be better.
We use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) as the primary framework - one of the most studied approaches in couples work. EFT focuses on the emotional bond between partners and the cycles of interaction that reinforce disconnection. The goal is to understand what's happening between you.
In group therapy, the room itself does some of the work - being seen and understood by people navigating something similar. The group itself becomes a therapeutic space.
